Dream4 Foundation is a Latino-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Dover, Delaware. Founded on the belief that every person deserves dignity, safety, and opportunity, we serve individuals and families facing homelessness, hunger, poverty, substance abuse, and mental health challenges.
Our board is 60% Latino community representation, reflecting the communities we serve. We have been operating for over 4 years with a dedicated team and an annual operating budget of $30,000, with every dollar going directly toward the people who need it most.
